Our staff will get you up and dancing as fast as possible, keeping you entertained and having fun while acquiring the skills needed to ‘get your groove on‘.  Compare and find our staff to be the most experienced in Southern Maine. The staff continues dance training in all areas of ballroom and partner dancing. Private lessons are available from all of our staff members.

Why private lessons?

A private lesson is one or two people.  Private lessons are the quickest way to improve your dancing skills. There are occasions when private dance lessons are more practical than taking a regularly scheduled group class.

~Getting married, going to a wedding or special event and you have limited time.
~Too busy to fit a group class into your crazy schedule.
~Want to learn a specific dance and go at your own pace.

There is no comparison to working one-on-one with an instructor to learn all you wanted to know about partner dance. Your instructor will help you learn new steps and improve your skill, style, and lead/follow while having fun. Your private instructor will also give you ideas that will help you practice on your own and at dance socials to strengthen your dancing while helping you accomplish your dancing goals. Whatever it is, here at pulse, we are happy to provide private dance lessons for those who want that personal instruction.  We take pride in having instructors that are highly qualified to give you a solid base of dancing skills and guaranteed fun all along the way.
